Lycia and Leocrema together with iO Donna A Corpo Libero!

On the occasion of the 2025 edition of A Corpo Libero by iO Donna, Lycia and Leocrema brought energy and wellness to the green heart of Milan, lighting up the Giardini Montanelli with two days dedicated to sport and self-care. A weekend open to the public, designed to help people reconnect body and mind through a rich schedule of free activities led by some of the city’s most beloved personal trainers.
Lycia led guests through revitalizing Pilates sessions, while Leocrema welcomed families and wellness lovers with its Yoga Family format: a special moment to reconnect with oneself and nature in a deeply relaxing atmosphere.
Inside the dedicated cube, all participants had the chance to discover the iconic products of both brands and have fun with the social activation THE WALL OF YOUR SOUL, sharing a thought, an emotion, or their own positive energy.

An event that celebrated well-being in all its forms, turning the city into an oasis of balance, vitality, and connection.
